What you will do: *

• Support team members and managers with premium guest services

• Assist service and catering staff as needed

• Set up and break down as directed, ensuring proper equipment, linens, and other necessary items are clean and in working order

• Clearing and resetting all tables promptly and efficiently

• Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant. Communicate with Manager any issues and assist as needed.

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge/interest in food and beverage.

• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Director and management team

• Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings and trainings

• Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate

• Give feedback on guest comments or complaints to the management

• Report employee and guest accidents

Who we are looking for: *

Education and Experience_

• High School Diploma or GE

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality

• Must be 16 years or older

Physical Requirements_

• Ability to move and lift up to 25-50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
