Rapidly growing company specializing in kitchen fume hood cleaning, exhaust and pollution controls is seeking a Technical Services Sales Representative. In this position you will sell products and services that modernize and maintain commercial kitchen fire protection, cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods, and grease trap systems and controls. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire Alarm, and Fume Hood industries. Training will be provided.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a base plus commissions.

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

• Proactively cold call, pursue, quote, sell services aligned with the line(s) of business assigned
• Target our existing base of customers for upsell as well as new prospects in the assigned territory
• Conduct visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the line of business supported
• Prepare quality proposals and negotiate within the pricing and margin guidelines provided by immediate supervisor
• Work closely with operations on hand-offs to service, when needed
• Prepare, update, maintain and execute on a territory plan outlining target end-users, contractors and opportunities that will lead to increased market penetration in the assigned territory
• Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reporting for business operations
• Complete and review with accuracy all Contracts and Agreements
• Conduct Post Sale Follow-Up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company sales goals · Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing continuous improvement projects
• Maintain strategies and collection of information and data from customer or partners, as assigned
• Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
• Assist in customer issues and provide a corrective action plan and positive outcome
• Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes
