Office Support/Order Fulfillment Specialist Job at Dunbar Security Solutions, Inc.
Summary/Objective
This position is responsible to support Dunbar Security Products by receiving and verifying information to place, enter customer data, and communicate with customers to ensure client satisfaction. Also, place orders through phone and email to assist in processing orders and tracking orders.
Essential Functions
Order Fulfillment (90%):
Prepare documents such as work orders to route materials.
Responsible for completion and accuracy of entering orders daily.
Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary, and correcting errors.
Set up new customers by obtaining customers’ names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information in the system.
Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
Assist Account Executives with accounts by placing and tracking order, processing re-orders, etc.
Receive and respond to customer complaints.
Assist with customer billing issues as well as other issues. Collaborate with others and/or escalate issues as necessary to resolve in a timely manner.
Directing the requests and solving the unresolved issues to the customer accounts.
Interacting with the customers, processing information, and providing them with the required data for best results.
Office Support (10%):
Assist with accounts receivable issues (ex. collections, processing credit card transactions, deposit checks into remote check deposit).
Keep the departments up to date in changes that directly affect everyone.
Communicating and coordinating with the several internal departments.
Assist co-workers with orders when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

10% - Walking on job sites with potential elevations (stairs/uneven surfaces/slick conditions)
90% - Sitting including rising up and down from his office chair
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
