Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing soiled or unsoiled sheets
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for clients
- Accompany clients to doctor's appointments, shopping, or scheduled therapies as necessary
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the assigned Registered Nurse
- Monitor the client's fluid and food intake
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the client's personal and medical information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to undergo criminal and drug background checks
- Willingness to undergo training
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
