This position is not a Landscape Maintenance position, our company does not do Landscape Maintenance. We are a landscape company that does landscape construction/hardscape installation. We do pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, concrete flat work, sod & plants, irrigation installs & more. Experience in these fields is preferred but not required and pay will be based on experience and work ethic. 40-48 hours per week year around work.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders for each property accordingly
• Clean out truck(s) and load/unload equipment each day
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Excavation, grading, installing plants, grass and hardscape Installs(pavers, concrete, artificial turf)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscape/hardscape/construction or similar fields
• Familiarity with landscape/construction tools and large equipment/trucks
• Ability to handle physical workload in all weather conditions
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Clean driving record for drivers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability/experience to driving trucks and trailers
• Communication skills with superiors & clients
