Remote work available to candidates
Position Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the business processes related to risk adjustment are developed and carried out based on plan risk adjustment opportunity.
Supervise internal member outreach efforts
Work with provider offices on risk adjustment education opportunities
Work with and monitor corporate outreach vendors on retro chart chase, Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) in home assessments
Develop outreach materials and plan outreach efforts
Work with Corporate Data team to ensure suspecting lists are accurate and complete
Education/Experience: 3+ years of experience in risk adjustment and a bachelor’s degree in applicable field or applicable experience in lieu of education
