Sunnyside Community is a not-for-profit Senior Living life plan community situated on 150 acres in the rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley in Harrisonburg, Virginia. More than 500 residents call Sunnyside home. Sunnyside is currently seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator to join our family in support of the 84 resident- capacity skilled nursing neighborhood.

Requirements:
Have a valid VA NHA license with a minimum of five years experience as an administrator in a CCRC environment.- Possess knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and NH/AL regulations.
- Possess strong communication skills in order to interact with residents, staff, and others.
- Possess strong organizational, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both orally and in writing.
