Evening Event Host/AV Assistant Job at Westminster

We are seeking candidates who are hospitality oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner.
Responsible for assisting with evening events, including setting up audio visual equipment. (tv, laptop, presentations, microphone, etc.)
Create & post event flyers to online portal for residents to view.
Setup conference room and banquet hall for evening events.
Proficiently operate audio-visual equipment (turn on-off, adjust sound).
Operate computers and help setup equipment for presentations by others.
This position is Part-time, regular hours will be Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 8:30pm.
