Responsibilities:

• Enter payables invoices and submit payments to vendors.
• Ensure that purchase orders are accurate according to the invoice.
• Properly code expenses to the general ledger.
• Monitor expense trends for month-end.
• Collect W-9’s and COI’s for new vendors as well as on an annual basis.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to research and troubleshoot
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Proven dedication and ability to complete assigned duties within deadlines
• CDK experience is a plus
