About Agape:
We provide direct care support to residents with differing abilities. Our mission is to continually enrich the daily lives of our residents by assisting them with their day to day tasks. Duties vary based on each resident's independence level and needs. Our Youth Foster Home is hiring individuals that want to make a difference working with children with disabilities. Helping the children in Agape's Foster Home is a rewarding career. They thrive on consistency, so we are hoping to find someone committed and loyal to work ongoing with them and create long lasting, meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and a home-like atmosphere for the children as we are their home and family
• Occasional caregiver duties if a resident wakes up
• Light housekeeping/cleaning duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old
• Valid driver's license for day shifts
• Mentally & physically capable to assist participants based on their needs
• Experience working with behavioral support plans and trauma-informed care approaches is a plus, but not required
• A strong passion for helping others with mental & physical disabilities
