We are looking for a detail oriented high energy, forklift certified Warehouse Clerk to add to our team at our facility in Chalmette, LA.

Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for the managing of inventory including but not limited to issuance and purchasing of parts. It also includes loading and unloading parts and keeping the Part’s Room organized.

• Manages inventory by issuing and purchasing parts through our Inventory Management System.
• Receives parts and physically stock them on shelves.
• Periodic cycle counts.
• Loading and unloading with a forklift.
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Maintain Calibration records for tools and equipment.
• Send tools and equipment for repairs.
• Monitor stock levels and schedule deliveries and pick-ups as required.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous work experience in a warehouse clerical position
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Minimum Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED,
• Two years minimum experience
• Documented training certification.
