At Five Star Food Service the Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for receiving, locating, storing, and pulling of product for the Refreshment Services warehouse. Works regularly with warehouse, office and management staff. Will be required to communicate effectively, be technically proficient and be able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment is required.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Manage emails utilizing Microsoft Outlook system
• Oversee shipping and receiving and file necessary paperwork throughout process
• Pull and stage orders for preparation to go out with Merchandisers
• Ensure accuracy of orders when pulling and staging
• Manage the inventory process to ensure efficiency of storage and ordering
• Operate forklift (not required but preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software applications easily
• Knowledge of business principles and environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Planning, organizing and time management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Team player – must work well with others
• Confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must be able to consent to a background check

POSITION INFORMATION:

• Status: Full-Time
• Work Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)
• Pay Rate: $16.50/hr ($1 increase after 90 days)
