Tutor Doctor provides one-to-one, in-person, personalized tutoring. This is a part-time contract position. We want graduates, teachers, and subject matter experts!

We serve students mainly in the Grosse Pointes, St. Clair Shores, Harper Woods, and Detroit, Michigan Bay areas.
As a Tutor, you can be relied upon to:
- Travel to students' homes or agreed upon location (pre-screened)
- In some cases, providing tutoring services virtually
- Schedule consistent weekly tutoring appointments
Qualifications:
As a Tutor Doctor Tutor, you are someone who has/is:
- A minimum of 2 years of college completed (preferred)
- Access to a vehicle, and able to travel to students' homes when necessary (or an agreed-upon location)
- Teaching certification or license (preferred)
Able to teach some of the following subjects:
- Elementary Level ELA (reading and writing)
- Elementary Level Math (Pre-K-5)
- Middle School English
- Middle School History
- Middle School Science
- Middle School Math
- High School English
- High School Math
- Biology, Chemistry, and/or Marine Science
- High School Foreign Language
