- University degree equivalent along with 10+ years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment
- Networking knowledge with multiple platforms and strong technical expertise in Routing and Switching
- Expert level certification (CCIE)
- Working experience on IOS-XR platforms
- Knowledge and Experience with NCS5500 series/NCS540/XRv9k
- Expert level knowledge on SR-MPLS/STP/HSRP/LACP/PAGP/ IGRP/OSPF/EIGRP/BGP/ISIS/L3VPN/L2VPN
- Ability influence and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments through design, deployment, analysis and troubleshooting of complex networks.
- Ability to understand the end-to-end network architecture and communicate technology strategy and approach to internal and external teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into architectural direction/strategy
- Strong client facing skills
- AWS knowledge and experience is a plus
