SUMMARY

The Inventory control coordinator will manage, coordinate and transact all inventory movement utilizing the ERP system, pull and transact kitted inventory to production teams, create and execute cycle counting protocols, support supply chain and operations teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage internal inventories of raw materials, stocked components and subassemblies
  • Create, perform and transact routine cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
  • Assure data integrity by entering data correctly and with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain clear visibility of all inventory, utilizing bins, labeling and transactional accuracy
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure material flow is being maintained as scheduled
  • Provide support to all functional groups within the organization
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with inventory or inventory related processes

  • Experience utilizing and working with ERP system
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Superb time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with ability to interact well with other employees and departments
  • Ability to keep company and partner confidences.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with ERP systems preferably Net Suite ( an Oracle product)
  • Experience with Inventory
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the production staff.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to assist in creating and executing continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
