Brand-Nu Laboratories, LLC - a Caldic Company is seeking Technical Sales Representatives for New England, California, and North Carolina. The Technical Sales Representative must have a strong technical background and be capable of selling high purity chemicals and biological products with particular focus on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and semiconductor industries.

Position Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a broad understanding of the industries we serve
• Exhibit technical competence to address customer inquiries
• Effectively communicate and sell to multiple levels within a customer’s organization.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain customer information in CRM system
• Work in a team environment

Key Qualifications:

• Required: BS Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering
• 3 or more years of sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. History of selling to pilot plant and production operations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industries is desirable.
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving ability.
• Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective computer skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM software

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record demonstrating the following abilities:

• Develop and implement solid account strategies for continued business growth.
• Build strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand diverse customers’ objectives and product applications.
• Address business issues urgently.
