Citrus Cardiology Consultants, P.A., is looking for a full-time Operator for Inverness office. The Operator is at the first contact for our patients and how we answer the phone, handle calls and provide service to our callers is a reflection of our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones and forward calls or typing and sending messages in EMR
- Greet callers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must have a minimum of 1 year working in a medical office/facility
- Must have good customer service experience and a friendly attitude
- Typing skills a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
