Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at our Celina location, you will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple suppliers and vendors within the expanded commercial print and promotional products industry. You will conduct quantitative and comparative analyses of suppliers and product lines. You will also negotiate cost, quality, and service improvements. This role requires identifying savings opportunities and recommending process improvements. You will work directly with various internal teams including Manufacturing, Pricing, Sourcing, Product Management, and Sales. Additional responsibilities will include creating training materials, making presentations as needed, and providing project updates for management and other teams for on-going issues. The ideal candidate will bring the latest supply chain management methods and concepts to the team.
Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Institute for Supply Management CPSM certification is a plus
• Strong quantitative analysis skills; advanced MS Excel experience preferred
• Lean Manufacturing or other Process Improvement Certifications are a plus
• Excellent and precise communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multitasking and time management capability
