Under supervision the Stocker will perform quality shelf stocking services.

Essential Functions of Position:

• This position requires that the employee read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
• This position requires that the employee report to work/training as scheduled, stay awake and alert during work/training, and follow company policy for arranging for time away from work.
• This requires that the employee follow all policies and procedures as written at all times unless documented reasonable accommodation is made or dispensation is given by the President/CEO.
• This position requires the employee to interact with colleagues and all stakeholders professionally and in a manner consistent with policy.
• This position requires the employee to be certified in all mandated training courses and demonstrate expected level of competency for each course completed.
• This position requires the employee to operate a computer and required software effectively and efficiently including typing, navigation and interpretation of electronic data.
• This position requires that the employee operate either a company owned or personal vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

OTHER EXPECTED FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES/RESULTS OF POSITION

• Bilingual skills are not required but are beneficial.
• Ability to be flexible and cover other shifts when needed.
• Move all merchandise from storage area to sales floor.
• Move excess stock to overwrite area.
• Stock merchandise in the proper shelf or display area.
• Rotate shelf merchandise according to expiration date.
• Repair torn or loose merchandise labels.
• Dust and clean all shelves prior to stocking.
• Break down and remove all cardboard from sales area.
• Janitorial duties (cleaning restrooms, sweep and mop floors, picking up trash).
• Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Willingness and desire to learn tasks required of position.
• Must meet Ability One Requirements.

Rate of Pay: $15.00

Hours: Tuesday- Friday 12pm -7pm Saturday 12pm- 5pm
