The Executive Director, Star Promotional Agency is responsible for managing all operating and strategic activities for Star Promotional Agency. Responsible for strategic sourcing and contracting for the network while incorporating e-commerce functionality that supports departments promotional needs at the lowest total cost of ownership possible.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sets goals and objectives for staff

Implements action plans and monitors compliance and outcome with goals, objectives, and policies/procedures

Works with each team member on a development plan to optimize performance and career growth

Develops contracting strategies for suppliers and outsourcing

Manges third party support relationships including Materials Management, AP, Finance and Audit

Manages supplier relationships

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements

Develops policies and procedures for all Star Agency

Develops executive reports for key stakeholders on the cost, budget, and value
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 3 hours at a time. Consistent use of hands and fingers for typing, telephones, data entry, etc. Occasional twisting and turning. Uses upper extremities to lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Stoops, bends, and reaches above shoulder level to retrieve files. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general vision. Visual monotony when reading reports and reviewing computer screen.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
10+ years experience in Promotional Agency management
