THE ROLE:
They're currently scaling their business and looking to add to the team to help implement solutions. As the Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for data infrastructure development, making key technical decisions that impact the entire business, and mentoring fellow team members. The ideal candidate takes initiative and values autonomy as well as is comfortable in a fast-moving, start-up environment. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience building and implementing data pipelines
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Snowflake
- Experience with Airflow (or similar!)
- Must be able to take ownership of technical decisions and communicate accordingly
- Relevant experience migrating data warehouses
- Have a passion for leading, mentoring, and investing in peers
