Job Duties:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the General Accounting department and the period end financial close processes, including journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Investigates and provide feedback on fluctuations in account balances
• Preparation of financial statement and disclosure schedules, as assigned
• Assist with system and process improvements
• Assist with the audit process by completing requested schedules
• Maintain procedure documents for tasks performed using Company standard templates
• Projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 0-3 years of relevant internship or work experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Exhibits a professional manner in working with others and strives to establish and enhance working relationships
• Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
