Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Reporting Strategy to design and validate clinical databases, complex data staging, metric analysis, proactive data triggers, and data visualizations for CVS Health Specialty Operations. Duties include: apply knowledge of health care, health sciences, and database management to design, develop and deliver solutions to analyze clinical data and identify trends; construct and manipulate large datasets to support operations process, contractually required deliverables, and innovative process improvements, using SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, and similar business intelligence tools; develop project-specific data management plans to support contractual performance guarantee reporting needs, and ensure the reporting logic aligns with contractual requirements outlined by business owners; process clinical datasets, statistics, and operational metrics for reporting team; generate data queries, new tables, procedures, views and reports in response to user requests, and design, develop, implement and tune complex enterprise level reporting systems; design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and support solutions that improve health outcomes, quality of care, and patient safety and follow reporting and analytics best practices; ensure metric and reporting acceptance, reduce inefficiencies, and improve data synergies within reporting solutions; build analytical tools to support projects with rapid prototyping of business cases, limited manual on-going support, optimized data performance, and accurate and consistent analytical results across multiple delivery options; assist in the development and execution of new and highly complex reporting solutions with the ability to trigger alerting through proactive and automated modeling of multiple scenarios and potential future outcomes; provide thought leadership and direction for development of analytic solutions, tools and studies to address complex health issues that effectively leverage clinical data. Required Qualifications
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Statistical analysis; SAS or SQL programming languages; Traditional relational data warehouse technologies: Oracle, Teradata, or DB2; SDTM or CDISC;

Analytics experience within the retail and/or healthcare industries.
