SQL / Data Developer Job at Glatfelter Insurance Group.
Seeking an experienced SQL/Data Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient at writing and tuning SQL, creating scripts to build new database objects (designing tables, stored procedures, views, functions, etc.), developing and troubleshooting code, migrating data via ETL data loads, and enjoys analyzing and working with data. Must be willing to work in a collaborative environment, reconcile data sources, and work on creative solutions. Curiosity and a desire to learn is also a must!
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and its BI toolset (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) required. Successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or similar work experience. Knowledge of .NET, XML, JSON, RedGate Toolbelt, R, Python, Power BI, and/or SharePoint a plus. Data analysis and spec development experience preferred.
Knowledge of P&C Insurance a plus.
