Coastal Spray, an industry leader in industrial vegetation management and grounds maintenance, is looking for a crew leader for spraying in Norco, Louisiana.
Job Type: Full-time (with benefits)

Pay: $16-$19/hour (based on experience and skills)
Job Description/Requirements:
· Primary duties will include managing a ground crew at a large industrial sites, ensuring quality and safe work, performing administrative duties as needed, performing preventative equipment maintenance, and managing schedules.
· Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in the landscaping and vegetation management field, with the ability to multi-task, think and plan ahead, and execute strategies necessary for quality and timely work.
· Must have experience managing people and demonstrate leadership qualities for supervision. Must be able to work outside, alongside crews, to accomplish the daily workload.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
· Must have a valid TWIC, or the ability to get one.
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screening, including hair follicle.
· Must be in good physical condition and willing to work outdoors.
· Must be able to perform job tasks safely and lead team members to perform their job safely.
