The Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating and implementing a content calendar, original copy,managing posts, community engagement, as well as ensuring brand consistency and company imageacross all social media channels. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, a strong candidate will be a social media superstar with leadership and organizational skills to help manage our social team, accounts, and creative assets, as well as develop original material and content.Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence - ensuring highlevels of traffic, growth, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day activities while optimizing and monetizing the brands presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Track and present social analytics and report on ROI to executive leadership.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Grow, mentor, and oversee work of other social media team members.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitors and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services, and vendors and provide recommendations.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
  • Understand and express our companys views and protocol within our copy and assets.
  • Key point person responsible for trafficking social creative assets and copy through key stakeholders in all departments.
  • Assist in development and quality assurance of creative, social media copy, photoshoots, website assets and collateral materials.
  • Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
