Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Ensuring that all food and beverage orders are taken, prepared and delivered correctly and in a timely manner
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar area
- Excellent Customer Service through the dining experience
- Maintain a clean table
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assists other wait staff as needed
- Is willing to bus and reset tables if necessary
- Dining and Banquet room presence required at all times
- Perform all operating procedures in a safe manner; not endangering staff, guests, or themselves
- Responsible for ensuring correct billing/payment methods
- Adhere to all various written standards of operations within our policies and procedures as found in Employee Handbook
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2.13 per hour
