Amazing leadership position for a Full Time Senior Living Community Lead PTA in Tucson, AZ!
This position treats patients within beautiful Brookdale Tucson East, Brookdale Tucson North and Brookdale Tanque Verde in the Tuscon area. In addition, this position needs a leader to develop professional relationships, grow the reputation and business model, and act as the 'go-to person' for clinical services.

The Senior Living Lead Therapist is responsible for the day-to-day clinical care of patients on HH and Outpatient
Services within the Brookdale assisted living and memory care center.

- Process orders and attend clinical meetings within the facility. Responsible for operationalizing all
components of the SL plan in their facility/facilities. - Reports to SLD for all operational, growth, quality and compliance matters in their facility/facilities.
- Participates and builds relationships with patients, caregivers, residents, and members of the community
- Leading education seminars, including family night talks, monthly health talks/fall risk screens
- Schedules patient at appropriate time for therapy; treating and educating patients
- Utilizes the following safe treatment techniques: transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath,
cryotherapy, etc - Utilizes alternatives or other innovative approaches as needed
- Processes and secures physician orders
- Collaborates with executive director and other stakeholders to develop and grow program
- Leadership or sales experience in home health, hospice, or related medical field
- License, Registration, and / or Certification Requirement: Yes
- CPR certification and all other certificates and documents as required by LHC Group policy.
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant License or Physical Therapist license
- Prior experience working in home health
