SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role, you'll report directly to the Director of Web Services within the Web Services team and support execution, measurement, and reporting for all digital marketing efforts. This position will be involved in helping to advance the analytics offerings at CRI while continuing to support our existing clients and programs.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn data into insightful stories. You’ll work with multiple internal teams (PPC, SEO, Social) and clients where you’ll learn and master new skills in a fast-paced digital advertising agency environment. Responsibilities:

  • Be a Google Analytics expert at CRI (trouble-shooting, implementation, development of program, best practices, quality assurance testing, and future of GA platform).
  • Create and manage client analytics dashboard reporting needs within Google Data Studio, with a focus on providing well-thought-out data visualizations that lead to meaningful and actionable insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate on client measurement plans including KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external clients.
  • Implementation of tracking codes (Google Analytics and other ad platform codes) through Google Tag Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, Google guidelines, and best practices.
  • Learn the latest digital marketing platforms/tools.
  • Manage and analyze large amounts of data across multiple clients and industries to uncover opportunities to achieve key client goals.
  • Work with and help mentor entry-level team member to help them grow and take on more responsibility.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing/media with analytics as a cornerstone or integral part of your day-to-day.
  • Solid implementation and daily work experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Bonus Points for having worked with conversion tracking from Google Ads and core social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Strong knowledge with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Skills needed - blending data, customizing reports, analyzing data, organizing data to tell a compelling story across all channels).
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills (this is a client-facing role, both internal and external communication is a key to success).
  • Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript as needed for implementation of tracking codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate project plans and deadline status.

You must be:

  • Extremely motivated to provide best-in-class service to our clients while helping expand our agency expertise.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment.
