KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Office Services to join our Integrated Office Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for supervising and performing general office functions such as Conference Services, Facilities, Workspace Management, Hoteling, and Mail Services
  • Drive moderate to complex levels of work, emphasizing customer service, excellence, and responsiveness
  • Apply independent judgment while engaging with office services and practice leadership in making decisions in accordance with firm policies and procedures to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Assist office services leadership to implement national methodologies and standardized processes
  • Lead and manage team members and the various segments of office services, providing leadership, direction, performance management and career development guidance
  • Complete other duties and projects at the direction of office services and local office functional leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent business operations or administrative experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; minimum one year of recent supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience creating and implementing process improvements and innovations
  • Fundamental knowledge of essential office functions, including mailroom, conference services, and facility operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
