MAC Wholesale, located in East Bridgewater, MA, is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager! MAC Wholesale is a worldwide leader in the sales of closeouts & excess Inventory. We are well-known and respected in the industry.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Manages, services and grows existing customer base that will include a mix of top customers, targeted high growth customers, existing active customers and strategic channel expansion opportunities. We are looking for thoughtful sales people who are aggressive and driven to be successful and are not afraid to try new and creative ways to stand out with our customers!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grows and Penetrates sales relationship with all existing customers in assigned customer list by finding strategic ways to engage with customers in the selling process (Farmer)
- Expands top customer relationships with a focus on ensuring all buyers and opportunities are accessed within all customers
- Finds new and creative ways, or new technologies or platforms to reach all customers in the most impactful ways while offering new deals or selling existing products
- Ensures all commitments and orders are processed as soon as possible while aligning MAC Wholesale and customer requirements
- Manages and owns all aspects of the sales process from commitment through payment and acts as the voice of MAC to the customers to ensure timely completion of the process
- Effectively communicates as the voice of the customer and the customer expert to entire MAC organization including leadership and support roles
- Leads cross functional discussions about customers and channels to help educate the broader team and help the buying team to make good decisions
- Manages all accounts and customers with a key focus on growing overall sales that improve company profitability
- Maintains clear and accurate information regarding all customers within company data bases and routinely audits and updates information
- Demonstrates a MAC first mentality in all transactions and ensure efforts maximize overall sales and profits across all customers
- Some travel required to customers or trade shows, based on direction of the VP of Sales

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years sales experience desired
- Previous sales experience with key/large priority accounts
- Strong demonstration of drive and sales acumen
- Desire to work in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
