Sales Executive/Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:
InterBel Telephone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Flathead Valley. The applicant must reside somewhere in the Flathead Valley, but can work remotely from home. This position is estimated to work 20-30 hours/week in the field (company vehicle provided), with the remainder hours working from home.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our business phone systems and technology offerings, including unified communications and SDWAN.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients in the local community
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our products and services in a positive manner
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in business phone systems and technology, including unified communications and SDWAN
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotes to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (telecommunications industry preferred, but not required)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge and experience with business phone systems and technology, including unified communications and SDWAN, is desired.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
