We are looking for a Professional Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. This is an opportunity to work with one of Stanly County's most established portable storage shed and metal buildings dealers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through honest and fair dealing toward all customers.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Actively seek out customers through internet marketing.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features and benefits.
• Help maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Work with co-workers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sell a minimum quota according to company standards.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Go the extra mile.

Skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to communicate well with others.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic math skills.

Requirements / Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and pre-employment drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sell a minimum quota according to company standards.
• Proven work experience in Retail Sales.
• Proficient computer skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
