Schmidt Construction Co is seeking Roller Operators for ourAsphalt Crews in Castle Rock, CO.
Pay: Starting at $26-30/HR (Paid Weekly)

Development Opportunities Job Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Checking equipment’s fluids such as oil and water
- Roll asphalt mat once it is laid and ensure that no marks or creases will be left in pavement
- Aid in cleaning up the site and removing and unneeded items
- Turn in any requests for maintenance to Foreman
- Able to perform work Safely
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of roller patterns
- Knowledge of densities and temperatures
- Ability to manipulate vibratory compactor
- Ability to identify mechanical malfunctions
- Follow all company safety procedures
