RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Objective: To provide a world class boutique experience to all customers
Responsibilities include:
- Customer transactions, including collecting payments and assisting with general inquiries.
- Determine customer needs and educate the customer in order to sell or upgrade services.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Focus on the customer including a warm and friendly greeting and offering help locating and suggesting additional items, when needed.
- Accurately perform cashier duties - utilizing an Ipad-based POS system
- Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining the sales floor by actively restocking, replenishing shelves & keeping product to the fullest appearance
- Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed
- Accepting deliveries & preparing shipments when necessary
- Embrace product knowledge, campaign promotions, and merchandising standards
Qualifications include:
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Experience with Shopify POS system is a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling to the needs of the business. Weekends and holidays are required.
- Physical requirements include ability to stand for prolonged periods of time on the sales floor; climb a ladder; lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
