Lake Park Diner is one of Naples' most popular restaurants and we are expanding to Bonita Springs! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and help open our newest location. If you have a passion for hospitality and are guest and employee-focused, then this job is for you. Please note: A portion of your training will take place at our Naples location (944 7th Ave S. Naples, FL) while the Bonita Springs location finishes construction. The intended grand opening is May/June 2023.

Our flagship restaurant, Lake Park Diner in Naples, Florida, opened to wide acclaim and huge success in 2019 with all covered outdoor dining and was expanded in 2020 to include air conditioned indoor dining. In just two years the restaurant has been honored with nine prestigious dining awards, and a second restaurant (Bonita Beach Diner) is now under construction in nearby Bonita Springs. RESTAURANT MANAGER DUTIES

Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant which is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Key duties include hiring and training our front-of-the-house staff, guest and employee relations, managing payroll and operating costs and building sales on an ongoing basis. The most important responsibility of our Restaurant Managers is to assure that every guest experience includes outstanding food, beverage and hospitality, and results in guest loyalty and the culture and advancement opportunities that lead to safe, happy, engaged and long-term employees.

If you are currently a Restaurant Manager at a casual or polished-casual restaurant with at least 1-2 years full-charge experience, looking to grow with an upscale, unique and very special concept, we want to speak with you.
