We offer our food with a convenient drive thru only model. We also have outdoor patio seating, curbside ordering, online ordering, pickup window, and third party delivery.

Konala is looking for an assistant team lead to work alongside the Store lead to ensure the continued growth of the restaurant. The assistant team lead should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to motivate and lead a team. They should also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet to resolve issues that may arise.

Job duties and responsibility include:

• Staff management: Assist in hiring, training and supervising the team. This will include scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing feedback to help your team improve.
• Maintaining and improving the restaurant: ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and making improvements as needed.
• Providing above and beyond customer service: Ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the restaurant, and addressing any issues or complaints that may arise. All customers leave happy and with a smile.
• Overseeing daily operations: You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant alongside team lead or while off site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assisting in inventory and order management to the needs of the store lead.
• Compliance with laws and regulations: end
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the restaurant is operating at its best
• Ensure all employees live up to the company values

Qualifications:

3+ years of customer service experience prefered

Previous experience in a similar role prefered

Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment

Great multitasking skills

Strong communication skills

High-energy and encouraging

Wiliness to learn

This is a part or full time position at $20 an hour.
