Our Devens, MA site is located about 20 miles north of Clinton, Massachusetts. This state-of-the-art site produces healthcare products with start-to-finish capabilities in product and mold design and manufacture, injection molding and high speed automated assembly. The site includes 27,200 square feet of molding cleanrooms, 24,100 square feet of assembly cleanrooms, a mold maintenance shop, warehousing, offices and a metrology lab.

SUMMARY
Our Quality Engineer II in Devens, MA will assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing, and also support and drive corrective action efforts.

IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL

· Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
· Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
· Perform defect analysis reporting.
· Perform MRB on sustained products.
· Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
· Perform line and product audits.
· Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience with quality engineering or similar quality validation experience required.
• Experience with SCAR, CAPA and Windchill preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
