Our clients in the Lynn area are experiencing significant growth and is seeking experienced Quality Control Inspectors. They're are a well-established company that could provide years of job stability. The company also offers an Excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401-k Plan and Tuition Reimbursement, and PTO after probation period.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm/ part-time hours are available. Company has some flexibility with start times.

Compensation: $24.00-$27.00 hourly depending on experience

Job Summary:

Inspect product to ensure incoming, in process, and final inspection material meets internal and customer requirements. Work with production to meet the needs of our internal customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in process, and final Quality Control Inspection
• Visual, mechanical, electrical, and functional inspection
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauge, microscope, tape measures, microscopes and pin gauges to help reference quality
• Conduct random sampling techniques
• Record results in WinSPC
• Move material both physically and within ERP system

Job Requirements

• Must able to read and understand mechanical drawings and dimensions
• Need to have experience interpreting drawing notes and able to understand configuration management (revision control)
• Need experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauge, microscope, tape measures, protractors, rulers
• Must have QC experience working in a non-food related manufacturing environment
• Will need to have experience in all 3 phases of inspection including FAI, in process, and final inspection.
• IPC 610 or 620 certification is a big plus but not required
• Experience working with an ERP system and data entry
• Experience with Outlook and MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• 1-2 years of Quality Control Inspection
• Fluency in English
