Flagger Force, the industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a QA Engineer for our Corporate Campus located in Hummelstown, PA.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company including the development of test strategies, drawing test documents, troubleshooting, and reviewing QA reports, while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead all QA efforts in designing test cases process and procedures.
• Oversee the drafting of testing documents.
• Meet with the software engineers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Implement test scripts, test plans and procedures and manage the QA process.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures as needed.
• Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.
• Review and interpret quality assurance reports.
• Ensure and manage the successful deployment of products into the market.
• Respond to requests from the design team and from senior leadership.
• Develop manual and automation test cases based on test plan.
• Perform Functional, Regression, GUI, Usability, and load testing using Selenium or any stable test framework in conjunction with Azure DevOps and release pipelines tools to ensure apps are automatically tested via scripts.
• Perform backend testing by creating and executing SQL queries.
• Interact with the development team for issue clarification and bug fixes.
• Prepare crash reports to desired team members on a daily basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management or relevant field
• Minimum (3) three years’ experience in Automation using stable QA tools compatible with the .NET Framework
• Previous experience as a QA engineer
• High-level analytical skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability oversee and manage complex projects
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and identifying areas of business applications needing to be regression-tested
• Expert level proficiency in collecting console and crash logs of iOS and Android devices
