Transcend Roofing Systems is local roofing and restoration company located in Alpharetta GA and is looking to on board a Project Managers and Sales Staff to provide leadership and oversight to our growing team.

Our Project Managers are fully in charge of their own pay as compensation is tied directly to productivity; the better you are at your job the more you will earn. You will have autonomy in this position and be able to dictate your work schedule, where you work, how long you work, and how you go about your work. Project Managers are expected to set leads while in the field, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, and handle the restoration process from start to finish with professionalism and enthusiasm. Most often our project managers will initially inspect the property for storm damage, meet the property owners insurance company, and ensure the restoration process is easy and understandable for our property owners. Some of the primary goals of our business are to educate property owners about storm damage restoration, set and manage excpectations for the process, and execute our duties at the highest level possible.

Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in roofing, construction, or trades preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional organization
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to climb on roofs and educate sales reps on how to perform inspections
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Some weekend and evening appointments may be required – must have a flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
