About the team

This team supports the ALS-SM application for Fifth Third Bank. We provide batch run/issue support, develop custom changes, and maintain application currency. All team members work remotely.

What you will be doing

• You will be leading the ALS-SM CAP (Current Application Process) development and implementation projects
• You will be installing the new releases of ALS-SM in the bank’s test environment and applying all custom changes with the assistance of another programmer and the bank’s IT business analyst
• You will be responsible for implementing all release components into production

What you bring

Key attributes the ideal candidate will possess

• Knowledge of FIS/Systematics CAP upgrade procedures
• Development experience in a wide variety of the ALS-SM application components
• Experience in supervising/directing the work of other programmers

Bonus if you have

• Agile project methodology experience
• Experience working with remote offshore resources
