You will be a key member of our executive team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of our portfolio of interior and exterior paint jobs for our residential and small commercial customers. You will bridge and ensure a seamless transition from sales, crews, and customers delivering a Five Star outcome. Why will you love being part of our team?

Here’s what we have to offer:

• You will be trained and work alongside the owners to learn the most effective way to do your job, based on their success and experiences.
• You will be paid on your performance and meeting goals to earn 47-65K a year. Percentages on production can add substantial income and will depend on successful execution. It’s up to you on how fast your grow into one of our best leaders.

Long Term: Once you have mastered this position, you will have the opportunity to grow into an upper executive management position. The next tier of management would be Operations Manager. This position will be based on development and increased compensation based on the execution of the Production Manager roles and growth of the business.
