Pay: Based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload. After training, there is potential to have a hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering product information, manipulating data, working spreadsheets, and communicating with the users of the data.
• Ensure the accuracy of all product content within the product information management (PIM) tool, including key data fields, attributes, product descriptions, images, and documents needed to support the various departments.
• Coordinating and writing procedures for efficient process flow.
• Gain a strong understanding of raw product data and the ability to transform values to meet unique marketplace requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality.
• Perform data integrity audits to maintain a high-quality dataset.
• Maintain close working relationships with internal business groups and external online ecommerce marketplaces.
• Research and assist with new and existing marketplace development and expansion.
• Help as needed with data refreshes and costing to existing marketplaces.
• Does continuous research on the industry through social media, newsletters, and other forms of communication to evolve into a subject matter expert.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Communications, IT, or other related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• Moderate to advance Microsoft Excel skills required.Capable of writing complex IF statement logic; numeric and text data manipulation
• Experience in Channel Advisor, Salsify, or other PIM systems is a plus, but not required.
• Understanding of data management best practices and strong attention to details and data accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency, problem solving, and ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and meet deadlines.
