T.Webber in Cold Spring, NY is actively seeking an experienced full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking for Service Plumbers in the Hudson Valley, NY area to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Pay Range: $20-$40 based on experience plus incentive bonus' (ability to make over 100k)

Responsibilities

• Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
• Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans
• Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
• Provides technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Participate actively in trainings and meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
• Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience; preferably residential
• Possess basic hand tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
