We are looking for a part time Physical Therapist (PT) for a position in Home Health Care.
PT will evaluate the patient's mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education.
Requirements:
California license PT
California driver’s license/car insurance
CPR certification
Liability Insurance
TB results (If positive chest X-ray results)
