Per Diem Occupational therapist – Springpoint Choice Job at Leading Age New Jersey

Springpoint Choice, a continuing care at home program, is seeking a Per Diem Occupational therapist who specializes in home modification and accessibility assessments. The position would be responsible for evaluating and recommending home alterations appropriate for aging in place. In this role you will be meeting at the home of our Springpoint Choice members, evaluating all interior features of the home as well exterior features, and then providing a written evaluation of safety challenges and recommended solutions.
Education and experience: Occupational Therapy License in NJ, 2-3 years of experience in performing home modification assessments preferred as well as CAPS certification (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) and/or CLIPP (Certified Living in Place Professional) Strong computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
