Essential Job Functions

• Gains familiarity with client enterprise products, services, FP&A processes and technology strategies and with business forces acting on the enterprise (e.g., customers, suppliers, competitors, regulators, and stockholders) (Business)
• FP&A Strategy and Process SME
• Contributes to the creation of industry best practice models, proprietary industry models and design guides (Business)
• Designs, creates and delivers instructional courseware that covers industry-specific topics (Business)
• Develops required work products for the business process and application domains of change (Methodology)
• Leads a team of 5-8 resources (company, client and third-party resources), in area of expertise, to conclusion of a project phase (Management)
• Maintains high-level understanding of FP&A software packages and technologies (Technical)
• Interacts with confidence and ease when interacting with middle- and senior-level managers (client and company); uses complex strategies like indirect influence to build consensus and support (Relationship Management)
• Assists sales staff in qualifying leads and generating proposals (Leverage)
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership)
• Communicates in formal presentation settings including proposal orals, client workshops and regional internal events; develops proposal sections, methodology work products and formal written deliverables covering area(s) of expertise (Communication)

Basic Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Industry experience in SAP BPC 7.x and 10.x MS/NW Solutions
• 10 or more years’ experience supporting clients with FP&A Strategy
• Six or more years of consulting experience with industry analysis and strategy
• One to four years of additional relevant experience in one or more business or industry specialty areas
• Experience working with company, client , and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
• Experience working with one or more business areas within an industry
• Experience working with common best practices, innovations, trends, and challenges in the industry

Work Environment

• Office environment
• May require evening or weekend work
• It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 90%

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 144,800.00 - 269,000.00 USD Annual.
