Part-Time Receptionist Job at ANDOVER STREET MOTOR SPORTS INC
Acura of Peabody, part of The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking to hire Part-time Cashier/Receptionists. The Ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers. We are always looking for motivated individuals who are seeking to advance their careers in the automotive industry.
Schedule includes the below, but flexibility in shift coverage is a plus!
- Mondays-Wednesdays 4:30pm-7:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Thursdays & Fridays 4:30pm-7:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
What you will do:
- Answer telephones in a courteous manner
- Count money in drawer every morning
- Run credit card closing reports
- Receive repair orders and parts invoices for payment from customers
- Receipt in sales deposits/CODs
- Make out receipts and charge credit cards from certain service customers for over use of fuel in loaner cars
- Assist in used vehicle inventory processes
- Assist in loaner process and other administrative tasks
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Enjoy client interaction
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to run a multiple phone line in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer (Excel) skills
- Desire to learn and grow!
