Outpatient Therapist Opportunity

Recovery Centers of America at Westminster is currently looking for a full-time Therapist to join their outpatient team! The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 1pm-930pm. Masters degree and licensure is required.

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will…

• Inspire and motivate RCA clients to help them develop tools to work toward recovery using evidence-based and person-centered practices
• Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions (PHP, IOP, GOP)
• Have a caseload for individual therapy sessions
• Evaluate clients’ mental and physical health, addiction severity, and/or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatment and articulates clinical rationale for recommended level of care
• Work with clients to develop realistic and time limited treatment goals

Job Requirements

• Education - master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or another related human services field is required
• Licensure – Massachusetts licensure as a LADC-I, LADC-II, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT is required
• Experience – prior experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings is preferred
